Basement

The size of the meeting portion of the basement is 30 x 62 ft.  At one end are the restrooms, and at the other is the kitchen.  Rental of the basement includes the use of 90 folding chairs and 14 tables which are approximately ten feet long.  There is a sturdy nine-foot coat rack in the basement.  The basement can be decorated using good masking tape as long as it does not damage the paint.

The entire building is non-smoking.  Drugs are NOT permitted in the building or on the grounds, Alcohol only by special permission and fees (Please see rental page)

Effective January 1, 2011, rental of the basement, which includes use of the kitchen, is $200 for a minimum of six hours, (except Saturday evenings, which is $250), plus 1/2 hour before and after for setup/cleanup, plus a $500 refundable cleaning deposit.  FOR BASEMENT RENTAL, BUILDING SECURITY MAY BE HIRED BY THE HALL, WITH THE RENTER PAYING THE COST.   

You will sign a contract at the time you pay for your rental.  If you break the conditions of the contract, especially if alcohol (without prior arrangements) or drugs have been used in the building or on the grounds, or if someone has smoked inside the building, your entire $500 deposit will be forfeited.  You are responsible for the behavior of your guests!
