BALLROOM (Upstairs)

The ballroom has a solid 39 x 67 ft. hardwood floor with an elevated stage that is 14 x 22 ft.  There is a long built-in bench on each longitudinal side of the main floor.  The main floor is ideal for dancing.  The entry to the main floor is separated by a carpeted 9 x 15 ft. foyer that also leads to the basement and the restrooms. 

Burlap sound panels provide excellent sound enhancement. (The sound system itself must be provided by the renter.)  Absolutely no decorations can be attached to the side panels, as they can be easily damaged.  Some decorations can be hung from special top brackets, but special written permission but first be obtained.

The entire building is non-smoking.  Drugs are NOT permitted in the building or on the grounds, Alcohol only by special permission and fees (Please see rental page)

Rental for the upstairs (plus restrooms) is $200 for a minimum of six hours, plus 1/2 hour before and after for setup/cleanup, and a $500 refundable cleaning deposit. FOR BALLROOM RENTAL, BUILDING SECURITY MAY BE HIRED BY THE HALL, WITH THE RENTER PAYING THE COST.  The Entire building rents for $350, (except Saturday, which is $500).

You will sign a contract at the time you pay for your rental.  If you break the conditions of the contract, especially if alcohol (without prior arrangements) or drugs have been used in the building or on the grounds, or if someone has smoked inside the building, your entire $500 deposit will be forfeited.  You are responsible for the behavior of your guests!
